TOPIC: importing Seminar data to Matukio?

I'm glad you've revived the Seminar script. I've been using it for several years. I've modified it for course registration. Is it possible to migrate my Seminar data to Matukio? Many students use it to keep track of course they've taken and like the ability to get their certificates at anytime.

Hi Bob,

the easiest way is just to export your seminar data with for example phpmyadmin and then reimport it into the #__matukio tables.

The table design hasn't changed much yet and the new fields have default settings, which will probably work for you, so import should be pretty easy just replacing seminar with matukio and sembookings with matukio_bookings for example.
