TOPIC: Remove Random Image from New Comment Page

I know this is more than likely more a Joomla setting that the Compojoom setting. But, I cannot find a way to turn off the random image by an article that appears when you want to post a comment to an article. Can anyone help?

When you go to write a comment on an article, there is a random image that falls in the background behind the Add New hyperlink. If you refresh the page that is ready for you to write a comment, you can see a random image will appear. It looks like it is pulling from the stock joomla media similar to if you set it for a category, which I have turned off for all categories.
