TOPIC: the comment area is simply not showing

i followed the tutorial to the inch but i cant the comments area yet i dunno why

Well, I've seen several problems like yours and I never could find out what is wrong(I suggest it some kind of owner permissions with the files). The problem always disappeared after I un-installed and installed again.

1 small issue though

my site is arabic so the default layout is right to left
how can i adjust that ?

it wont work with the english text any way

what language file do i have to translate for arabic frontside ?

the languages are in
components/com_comment/joscomment/language

Just take the english.php file and translate it to your language. Make sure to save the file in UTF8

the text should be on the right side and the boxes on the left

so i am guessing that the comment display is taken from the global config and the comment entrance isnt.. ( i guess )

open joomlacomment's css file and find
#joomlacommentform label {

change the float value from left to right.

For the right-to-left text order, do a websearch for "CSS text-align". You will need to modify the JoomlaComment template I think. Let us know if you need a hand with that
