TOPIC: One reply per person?

Hi All.

Just downloaded Joomlacomment. Looks just great! Much better than my previous comment component.
I have one initial enquiry. Having a quick look around the back end, is it possible in anyway to do this:


1. Set so users can only reply ONCE to each article?
The article section I wish to have comments on, sets a question which I only wish users to be able to answer (comment) once.

Please accept my apologies if this is an obvious setting somewhere, but have just purchased Biggiesmalls, and have been having great fun with that!

Hmm... no, there is no option for this - we don't have this feature. It's not something easy to hack up either because it would require a lot of new database rows and queries, unfortunately out of my league - and Daniel is very busy working on code rewrites for 4.1 because we have a lot of bugs and need to get rid of the old Joomla1.0 code.

Yeah it is a shame, i'm sorry that there isn't anything I can do - I hate saying that We get a lot of feature requests and of course have our priorities on the more requested features, and will do the easier and popular ones first...

...I have added it to the feature list though and should take some time to investigate this before the next release. It might be not be as hard as I think
