TOPIC: Comment box for every article

Hello,

I want to put comment box for every individual item (1 item on 1 page). How do I do it? I downloaded !jooomlacomment and installed it but a huge comment box shows up on home page which I do not want.

In General settings, I included sections & categories even by adding their Ids but nothing showed up. Is there any way that I can put comment box on articles? And yes, the articles are assigned to categories and categories to section.

JoomlaComment is designed to only show on the articles (or other content items when a plugin for it is available), so I don't know why you're having this problem.

What is the default menu item set to? I.e. what's the component used on the frontpage/homepage?

I can't see your website or any screen shot capture so all I can do is guess. I guess that you have the default menu item set to an article or content item, and that you use some kind of custom extension to display your articles. Either way I think it sounds like you have a very strange Joomla site, because JoomlaComment should only show on the articles. But you are telling is it doesnt show on the articles, only the frontpage (which is impossible and the exact opposite of what is supposed to happen).

As far as I know, I have only installed !joomlacomment extension and nothing else.

Got the solution and can see comments where I want. It was my lack of knowledge for Joomla. I installed !joomlacomment but didn't enable it through Plugins.
