TOPIC: Can't show the "post comment" in home page

Hi all,

I just installed this mod and I can't show on my frontpage articles the Post a comment link. It looks like the mod is not installed. To better explain here is my website:

If you see in the frontpage at the end of the article the Post a comment is not displayed... If you go in the Release section and then you read any article there the comment box appears...

How is it possible? Please help

It's not showing because the frontpage is already showing the full article so Joomla isn't generating any Article Links.

Set your frontpage to view Intro Text of your articles, then enable the Read On option in Content Settings > Layout.

yea, and make some intro text for your articles

thanks all but I can not really find the options that you mean, i mean, I went to my Hope Page settings and enabled the Show Intro for the articles. I can not find though the "enable the Read On option in Content Settings > Layout." (my joomla is not set in english )

Ok the read ON option is enabled in my joomlacomments component... the only issue now is that I can not undesrtand how to write intro for my articles. Please help

ok I havent wrote any intro for my article but apparentely disabling the option "Only if "Read On" set in Menu:" made the trick and now it works

Yeah, I remember having to fiddle with those ReadOn settings for JoomlaComment.

And for the record - you make Intro Text for your articles in the actual Article Editor. You insert the "Read More break" or something named similar and that determined when it cuts off and shows 'Read More...'. It's all in the Joomla manual.
