TOPIC: how do I put a comment box on every page?

We run a website called www.stillgorgeous.com and we have a very basic question I'm afraid!

The person who helps us with technical issues is away at the moment and we are need some help with a joomlacomment question ...

He installed it on the site on a section that is no longer published. We now would like to have comment boxes on every published page within the website but are not too sure how to do it!

We have highlighted the categories and sections to exclude in the joomlacomment components settings page and seem to have done everything we can see but ... no comment boxes!

Hopefully it's just something simple but any help would be very gratefully received.

If you want to have it in all section just click on exclude and select nothing from the list! NOTHING!
If something is selected you can hold down the ctrl key and press the left mouse key on this element and it will be deselected.

Another way to have the comment box on all articles is to click
include and select all sections and categories

I've just tried to do what you suggested but no luck. We have version 3.1.0 - and there doesn't seem to be an exclude or include option.

There is an exclude sections and category option which I have left blank and saved but still no comment boxes.

Could there be anything else I'm missing?

3.1.0 is outdated, 3.26 is the latest version for Joomla 1.5 Legacy Mode. It may be a bug.

If you are running Joomla 1.0, please be aware that support for it is no longer available.

I only deal with JoomlaComment 4.0 so I can't help too much, but thought i'd be courteous as Daniel hasn't replied for 5 days now. Hopefully he will soon. Apart from that I have a feeling you'll need to wait for your tech support to update to the newest version.

I started working with joomlacomment from version 3.25 so I don't know what options you have in the backend. Upgrading to 3.26 should be easy enough!
