TOPIC: Users not registered can't write their names

I'm using Joomla Comments 3.26 and i get this problem, when a user is not registered the Name field and the e-mail field are deactivated how can i activate them.

No i haven't try. is the same procedure to edit this other template for hide the fields i'm not interested in?

Just try another joomla template and look if the fields are available for unregistered users or not. I believe that this is a problem with your joomla template, since you have added a flash in the header, there are some buttons for increasing the text with javascript that are not to be seen, but are in template and you can click on them.

Just change the template and tell me the result.

You're right when i change my joomla template this fields get available, is there any way to get thins working with the modified joomla template i have?
