I have enabled user notification. But there's nothing to choose from in the dropdownlist.

Look at your dutch file,
the values for notify0 and notify1 are the same. Why is that? I don't know. I don't speak dutch :)
JOSC_define('_JOOMLACOMMENT_ENTERNOTIFY0', 'geen bericht bij:');
JOSC_define('_JOOMLACOMMENT_ENTERNOTIFY1', 'geen bericht bij:');
JOSC_define('_JOOMLACOMMENT_NOTIFYTXT1', 'bericht bij nieuwe reactie');
JOSC_define('_JOOMLACOMMENT_NOTIFYTXT0', 'geen bericht bij nieuwe reactie');

the first two lines have the same message "no notification"!
I wil translate those to:
JOSC_define('_JOOMLACOMMENT_ENTERNOTIFY0', 'geen bericht bij reactie'); = no notification
JOSC_define('_JOOMLACOMMENT_ENTERNOTIFY1', 'houd me op de hoogte bij reactie'); = keep me informed

how to put code in here?
