TOPIC: Field names are gone, please help .

I use a template that I bought from templatemoster,
and installed the component, it works,
but
I have a problem with the Field names,
they all dissapeared

like ;
Name
Email
Comment

all that text has gone very small that can barely be seen, its something like 1 pnt !

I tried to change the template to Jpurity and it works perfect,
but soon as I change it to my template they disapear again ,

could some-one tell me why it's doing that, is there a solution to fix it ?
I checked the css but with no luck,

check the template html, the fields are perhaps missing from there.

The Input Fields are visible and I can type in them and it all works fine,

the field names (The Texts) next to the input fields are veru small and barely can

so its like,

Name >> Input Filed
Comments >> Input field

and so on

its the texts on the left of the input fields are so small that can not be seen at all,

E-mail

all this texts are so small its almost not visible

this opnly happens when I change it to the templete I bought

it works perfect with JPurity

but I have to use my own template.

Ok, I understand. Your custom template has definitions for some css classes that are overriding joomlacomment's one.
Can you give me a link to your web site, so I can tell you what to change

do I have to uninstall the 4.0 first before I install alpha3 ?
is that whats causing the problem ?

You are using alpha3, please just change the template to the modern one, so I can work on it.

Hey ez,

Are you going to launch your website with Jpurity or with the other template. Change the joomla template to the one you are really going to use, so that I can start to fix the problems your template has with joomlacomment.

Ive just changed it to the one Im going to use, its not Jpurity, Im using the one I bought.

go to your backend.
extensions->joomlacomment->content settings-> layout->template->modern

yes, sorry, I was so busy, I have now changed it to modern,
but didint make a difference.

HTML - modern
CSS - css

Location: ..... - HTML - mydefault-emotop
CSS - css

are these correct ?, could this be doing it ?

No thease are not correct. You right now using still the mydefault-emotop template. The joomlacomment's template you are using right now is based on tables. The modern template is based on lists.

under
Your customized template: use standard
with this value you are going to use the template that you have chosen in the standard template field.
