TOPIC: Reply and quote buttons help please.

I ve been looking at the settings but cant figure out one thing !

what I need is; set it so that its only the administrator who can make replies,
so user are only able to comment or ask questions, and when I receive a notification, I want to personlay answer all the comments and not by the other users,

can this be set by any chance, if so how ?

This is not impossible, but needs a lot of code changes.

This is a comment component and it allows the user to write as many comments as they wish. Making such restriction will change the component to ask and reply component

actualy I solved it by messing with it a little,
I turned off UBB
and Only moderators will be allowed is checked YES

and somehow it worked

now, the users can post comments and Im the only one who can reply !
works like magic

Im actualy using this as a FAQ kind of component, so user can posts questions
and I answer the posts by logging into front end as the Admin and use the options there.
its brilliant component, it has many different uses in my opinion.
