Where it reads Write Comment I'd prefer just Comments

How can I accomplish this?

Edit your language file.
But be careful! Edit the file with utf8 aware program such as pspad! Otherwise you risk to brake the ajax functionality

By the way I mean on the Front Page at the bottom of an article.

Not the Write Comment box where one fills in Name, Email, Website, Title and types in their comment.
