TOPIC: Always showing Write comment link

Hi!

I've been looking for an option to show always the write comment link (just like in the intro display), i've seen the "Read on" link when intro text but are there any way to show this link always even if the contents aren't in the frontend?

If anyone knows how to do it, please tell me.

You have to have intro text, otherwise you can not see this button.
You do not have to show the read more button, but intro text is obligatory.
