TOPIC: disable modify and delete

a registered user when send a comment after submitting the comment that user can modify or delete the comment that write , how can disable it,only administrator or moderator group can modify and delete the comment?

well, you can't.
If I publish a comment on a web site I have the right to edit it or delete it.

Moderators have the right to edit and delete all comments.


Perhaps a better solution would be to unable edit and delete for the user only for 30 minutes after posting.
If you have a proposal about how all this work - the wish list is the place

anyway... can you tell, how we can remove this function? I look code, scripts... and I don't have any idea where I can disable those two links (modify and delete). Which line in code on which file I have to remove or disable? Please, help.
