TOPIC: Button vs Whole Comment Creation UI on Page Load

Hello,
How do I control whether the button is shown versus the entire comment creation UI?

As you can see from the two links, sometimes you see a button and sometimes the page opens with more than just the button on the page. I do not see anything in the component that lets me control this.


The whole big comment component UI is open all the time:

Just the button is visible:

The first picture is actually an article - that is why you have the form.

The second one is a category or section blog layout and that is why there we display only write comment.

When you click on write comment, the article opens(first view).
