TOPIC: can't find Joomfish configuration/parameters

I know I saw a general Configuration/Parameters section of Joomfish where I could choose the "What to show if" settings. Now, I can't seem to find that part of Joomfish. I've searched through the Joomfish Control Panel and also though all the plugins. Can anyone help me?

Note: I almost feel like some of the icons for Joomfish disappeared from my Control Panel. I'm including a screenshot of it in case it's helpful.
