TOPIC: Remove "Write Comment" On Front Page

After each article on the front page, before 'read more' there is the 'write comment' function. How can I turn this off? There is no need to write a comment after reading the first few sentences, but to be used on when the user reads the article. At least that is how we would like to have it set up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Look in the settings under layout and turn the readon button.
