oke basicly it comes to this:

write permissions

BUT

Warning: fopen(/components/com_comment/joscfeed.xml) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /hosting/sites/ww3.vegetarisme.be/htdocs/libraries/bitfolge/feedcreator.php on line 863

SOLVED allready:

components/com_comment/joscfeed.xml the com_comment folders rights need to be @ 777.

My question to the developers:

This cant be secure i think ? Any other solution ?

Well, it all depends from your server configuration.
On some configurations it will work with 775 and so on.
