Hi!

I've installed !JoComment 4.0 alpha2 on my Joonla 1.5.9 (no risk, no fun :D )

It's working fine, but I have one little problem:

If I have an article, that has several paginations, there is a "comment-box" on the bottom of each side and not only at the end of the article.

What do I have to do, to avoid this?

Cheers
Jens

that is the normal behavior or as I like to say: "It is not a bug, it is a feature :)"
Why should I first read all other comments if I want to comment on something? That's why the comment box is there - for convenience.

Hi Daniel,

I think you misunderstood what I meant.

Have a look at this page: klick me

As you can see, this "HowTo" consists of 10 pages. It makes no sense, that there ist a "comment-box" on each of these pages, but only on the last page.

How can I do this the easiest way?

Cheers
Jens

Aha, I don't know what changes you need to make to the code for the form to appear at the last page and I don't have the time to look for it (working on beta 1 right now).

Why is this bad? I like it how it is. You read page 2 - you see something interesting and you comment. Why should someone go to last page to post a comment?

uhh! I tought I could switch something in the JoComment-settings! :(

Nice to hear this :) I appreciate you work and look forward to the next version.

Well, you can see it like this. In my opinion, someone should read the whole rubbish before he is able to write a qualified comment. The second thing is, that it could be difficult to identify the section of the article which the autor is commentating, because the comment appears on each side of the article.

These are different points of view.

Well, this won't break my neck, it's just a "nice to have".
