TOPIC: Accounts can't submit article

I set up a dummy account and when I clicked "Submit News"via the "User Menu" I go this:


403 - You are not authorised to view this resource.

Why should "Submit New" have something to do with !jocomment?

Why should !jocomment have something to do with your problems for submitting articles???

!Jocomment is only for submitting comments and doesn't have something to do with the standart joomla extension as com_article.
