when a person send a comment the page don't refresh and when a person who send a message cant see his/her comment ,repeat sending message.
how can i solve this problem?

As I look at your site it seems a production site for me I don't recommend to use 4.0 for it right now. Please look at your error log. When trying to send the request to the server, the response the !jocomment get is 500 Internal Server Error. Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic.
