Hi,
After installation of ver 3.26 in Joomla 1.5.9 nothing happens. I can make all changes in the settings for JomComment, but nothing is seen on the website.

What could be wrong?

wrong settings. Give me a link to your web site and an admin account would be nice :)

Something is wrong with your installation.

You have 2 plugins content - jocomment. Reinstall, then make sure that the both plugins are gone. (if not use phpmyadmin to delete them directly from the database.
then install !jocomment again.
