TOPIC: Can't install

I'm using a local server, so it's hard to show the site that I refer to. I am using a custom template from shape5, city portal. I'm having a very dificult time making ijoomlacomment working. I've installed it Yet, any section I include fails to show. What's the problem?
I;m very eager to use this plugin.

I believe it is misconfiguration from your side. Be careful in the configuration by choosing include and exclude properly.
