TOPIC: Error when sending comments or refreshing the captcha!

Hello,
I have Compojoom comment running with joomla 5. I have the following problem:
- I become an error when sending the comments. In the same time it sends the comments.
- I become the same error by refreshing the captcha.
I would be glad to get a feedback to get this problem solved.

Is it possible that your website has been hacked? This casino message has nothing to do with our component. It is something that is for some reason attached to the response of the ajax query and you either have a plugin that does this or you've been hacked and this is attached automatically to everything.

Yes the site has been hacked for a couple of months. After that I have this problem. I did reinstall the component but didn´t help.
I would be glad if you can help me in that issue.

Well, search your whole site files for "casino" - you will most probably get some files that have it. And you'll have to override those files with the original one.

Thank you for the feedback. I searched the whole files but didn´t find the words ( Casino, forex, Australien ).
I did uninstall the component and installed it again. Do you have an idea how to go further?

Hey Man,
So, I think that if those words are attached to the response they have to be somewhere - on your server. Or perhaps they are called from a remote server with curl...

Do you have a backup? Perhaps go with a backup that you know was ok.

Check the index.php file + template index.php file, check the compojoomComment files. There is something wrong on your server and you'll have to find that out alone.

Ah, perhaps a good thing to do will be to check the access logs and to see what unusual files are called.

thanks a lot for your support.
Now it works fine. I couldn´t first find the words like Casino etc.. because the one who hacked the site has added a back door as base64_decode text.
After a removed the decoded text the Compojoom works fine.
Now I have one request if you can give me a tip how to display the whole text of the comments in backend as administrator. Now I can see only two lines.
Finally, please let me know if you need any support in Arabic language files of your tools.

Well, about the comments in backend - search the forum I'm pretty sure that I've explained this in the past.

About the arabic language - well if you want to be a translator that will be really cool. Hotspots 2.0 needs Arabic translation
