Okay checked again. You are sure this is 5.2.7? Looks like the fix is not included in it.

Can i get super admin rights? Going to debug it then..

Thanks for your reply. Yes! I’m absolutely sure 5.2.7 is installed. I’ve upgraded your user status for admin access, so you can use the user name and password that I’ve already issued to you. I’ve made various changes to the Matukio language file and the word “appointment(s)/event(s)” is a term I’ve replaced “event(s)” with, in most cases, so I hope this does not cause you too much confusion. :pinch:

Hello Yves,

You said you would access my site in order to debug the contact from issue I’m having. This was almost three weeks ago and 10 days before your Joomla event departure when there was no support service available. May ask do you intend to make the time to do what you say? :huh: It is VERY unsatisfying to have to wait such a long period of time to have you look into this matter further. I have already sent you Super Admin access to the site. Do you have the user details or do you need them again?

Hello Yves,

One week has passed since I last requested help from you and one month since you replied to a post before that. If you are not able to provide support for your component as a result of motivation, illness or something else, it would help to communicate this! I can see that any work you have to do with Matukio is very time consuming and I imagine thankless most of the time. Though, this should not be something that becomes a burden of your customers.

I am still having the problem with error message and organiser contact form, as I’ve mentioned in earlier posts of this thread. Can you at least make an effort to reply as to when you can look at the matter?
