Today we activated Matukio on our site for 72 events.
We prepared Matukio last week/month and tested a lot and everything seemed fine and was working ... but then we did the last 2 updates (now we have 4.0.3) for Matukio and this morning everything went wrong on our launch.
- Suddenly the price from about 10 out of 72 events was gone missing (although price was entered in default values)
- Not everyone got reservation mail (okay ... some probably got in spam, that we can accept) ...
- People suddenly were able to make reservations on events that were full (after we found out, we put those full events to 0 / max res 0 in order to hide the booking button on the front.
- Other people got waiting list message but in backend they are shown on filter active and pending and not in waiting list ...
- Things changed in email template send to people
- We also do not understand why some reservations get color 'pending' and others 'participation Ok'
I really don't know what went wrong ... but seems like it has something to do with last 2 updates ...
FYI : a lot of people were making reservations at the same time -big rush on the events - but there were no bandwith problems or hosting problems - allready checked that.
All tickets got sold but I'm curious to know what went wrong...
I planned to use Matukio on another project, but at this point i'm a bit disappointed.
