Resolved Module not working

Hi, I'm using CMC 1.5.2 for Joomla 2.5 and the module no longer works. When I press the Subscribe button, it does nothing. Could someone please help? Thank you.

You most probably have some js issue on the page. Use the browser inspector tool to see what the error is.
