I'm having issues with a site where I need to display the CMC form both in a sidebar module and in a popup window. The site is here: http://saleseffectiveness.com/
When a user attempts to click to enter text in the popup, the field isn't always enabled/focused on the first click. It seems that sometimes the same field in the sidebar module is enabled/focused instead.

I'm using two different CMC modules - one for the sidebar and a different one for the popup, but they both need to connect to the same list.

Hey Sandy,
Well, the problem with the text in the popup is that the fields are created on the page and they are not visible. There is a script that attempts to add the placeholders on the fields. But since the popup is not visible it adds them somewhere on the page where we can't see them. Then once you show the popup the placeholders are not regenerated. How do you create this popup? Did you write it yourself or is it a function of the template? Once the popup is shown you need to execute few lines of js in order to make it work.

Hi,

I am having the same problem, it seems that you cant have more than one instance on the same page of the module. Is there a way around this?

Cheers :)

@Coralie - where are the 2 forms on the page? I see just newsletter down on the page. I think that it should work. Haven't tested it in a while though...
