Resolved How to implement mouseover effect?

I am playing around with Tiles and I like the concept. Now I try to get the mouseover effect I see in one example on your website, but I can't get it done. What do I have to do to get the mouseover effect?

Yes indeed, it is scrolling on mouseover, I meant.
