Actually all languages will be downloaded (unless using a partial lang map on main definitions).
Is it possible to have a full main lang map but include a setting to limit the languages to be downloaded (by project)?

This would allow using Ctransifex by a local Joomla community in order to set up a translation download site for their language only.
A local community may just want to use CTransifex for their own languages, getting their language from different projects. Then presenting them linked to a common page as it is now for different projects, just with a limited language set!

Why?
- Some times Transifex projects are not created by the extension developer, but one language team maintain the project and open it to all others to translate/Publish packs on their own.
- Some times project creators don't use Ctransifex and we need to use the TX client, create local packs to publish on our community site... or wait until they publish packs for next version! ( :silly: )
- Also there are Joomla core language projects that are not maintained by joomla.org and it would be better to just publish my language (see JcoreLang - https://sites.google.com/site/transjoomla/joomla-projects/jcorelang )

So it will require a setting to download all languages or just code xx-XX
