Description of my issue:
I just installed v4.5.2 and there is a new problem... After a user books an event, if they go to the event "My Booking Details" page, their booking is listed properly but there is no cancel button anymore. The "Edit Own Bookings" configuration parameter is set to "Yes". The same problem exists whether the user is the owner of the event or not.
