I'm considering purchasing Matukio. I just wanted to know if
a) it allows site users to create and manage events from the front end
b) User created events can be approved or disapproved in the backend by admin
c) if revenues for events can be split between the event organizer and the site own, via paypal adaptive pay or stripe.com
