hi I am using Joomla 1.5.11 and !JoComment 4.0 alpha3 local cracter set is utf-8 (at least it writes in content settings of jocomments)
not in the text but on titles Turkish have a problem with caracters, like:
Adınız(Name) is displayed Adýnýz:
Başlık(Title) is displayed Baţlýk:
how can I fix it?
