Thinking of re-upping our Matukio but after a year of use still dealing with bugs.
Currently using ver. 5.1.3 and planning on overhauling our site this summer when our schedule slows down.

Is there a log generated on the back end containing info of all transactions?
I need this to sort through what is user error, employee mistakes and bugs and glitches. Unfortunately we are using Matukio for online bookings on location via a Tablet Kiosk. Our employees are not very computer savvy and constantly make mistakes / hate on the UX. I need to make a case to the board to upgrade and keep Matukio.
We have a lot of duplicate bookings. I think part of this maybe down to Paypal- but I need more evidence. Also concerning Paypal - if a user closes without completing the sale within Paypal the system marks them as booked. We have to manually confirm with the user that they have to pay.
