This is one of those tickets, that as soon as I submit, I am going to find the answer too.

On the index.php?option=com_matukio&view=submit page, how can recurring events be enabled?
I can see it for index.php?option=com_matukio&view=createevent.

If it not possible, then I think I might have to create a template over ride of index.php?option=com_matukio&view=createevent and hide sections and tabs that we do not want organisers to see.
