Description of my issue:
When I send an e-mail to all participants of an event, Matukio sends this email to the participants multiple times.

On my test enviroment, I setup an event with 3 participants. One of them get 3x the e-mail. In the first e-mail there is 1 e-mail address as target address, in the second e-email address are 2 target addresses and in the third e-mail there are 3 target addresses!

Please check it asap, because I already used it in production (I thought it works).
