First of all thank your for your prompt reply on a similar issue I had a couple of days ago. I was very impressed.
In a previous ticket, you helped me setup in the settings section, how to enable invoices to be sent automatically when a paid event is booked (we use paypal by the way). We purchased a few 'sample events' we created to test the process... and it worked for GMAIL and YAHOO.
THE ISSUE:
Even though it worked for these emails above, the system failed to send any emails to Microsoft Office 365 email addresses. This means if we signed up for an event using one of these emails, we don't get notified or receive anything at all.
In fact, our email address connected with our subscription with you guys is a Microsoft 365 email address and it is supposed to receive a notification when events occur, are cancelled, are published, etc. (they are all checked to do so in the settings) but it doesn't. Is there a compatibility issue with Joomla and Office 365? Please look into it...
