our form is missing a fee / quantity select, please add one in the form edit in the administrator area, check the migration guide: https://compojoom.com/documentation/matukio-new?view=book&page=114:Migration%20Guide%20to%20Matukio%207.0.0. Did you load and save the booking form once?
