I have created the following Menu Item as below

This is perfect for displaying where the golf courses are located in the designated Association area "Excellent Extension" "Best Yet for this application"
What I now want to achieve "without success" is to get an article/ article module to display in the upper area of this new menu page "above the map"
Current Menu/article content to be used

The article will need to view above the map.
I have tried to create a module with Articles-Category but couldnt get anymore that the category to show and you had to click on the category to view the article.
