Description of my issue:
Bonjour, j'ai déjà cherché dans les tickerts en vain.
J'ai créé un champ particulier , sous forme de bouton radio.
Je souhaite le faire apparaitre dans le formulaire de réservatin d'un de mes évènements.
Comment faire.
C'est urgent!!
