My project led me to a situation where I really need to replace the automatic carousel for each hotspot listed in the search panel so that I can have one simple image for every element that will link to its respective Readmore page. Clicking on images would thus open the hotspot page instead of launching the carousel fullscreen. I'm basically asked to make the UX much simpler, elementary and almost trivial to the user. I wouldn't expect this to be too hard but I still need your help.

Is there anything you would recommend? Do you have documentation to refer me to or any advice?

I would also need to get rid of the short-description system. Is it a matter of BackboneJS alone?
