I am writing to you about your Matukio Events Manager Extension. Here are a few questions I would like answered.

1. How much are renewals?
2. Do you offer a lifetime plan here the user pays once an it includes lifetime updates and support? If so, how much old it be?
3. Can the date format be changed to U.S. standard ( example: September 6, 2013)? If this feature is not included how much would it cost to have implemented?
