Matukio 5.1.3 / Joomla 3.3.6

I have an event that has a comma in the title. When I create a csv file of booking information (Event Management > Bookings) and open it with Microsoft Word, the columns get offset because the comma in the event title is treated like a delimiter. The problem is that generally csv files are formatted so that strings are surrounded by double quotes. Matukio uses single quotes in it's csv output.
