Description of my issue:
When I select the create event link from the "All Events List" this is the message I receive:
"Here you can submit a new event or edit your existing ones. Please fill out all required fields.
Here you can submit a new event or edit your existing ones. Please fill out all required fields." Yes it shows up twice on a blank page.

I'm using the Bootstrap template.On the Configuration>Setting page I've selected the options for Moderated events (frontend)set to No and Edit all events (frontend)set to yes.
As a super user I should be able to create an event from the frontend.

What am I missing?
