Hello. How do I build a field with checkbox options?
I need to have a custom field (checkbox) with the following options:
Yes, No, I do not know.

I entered like this:
1=Yes
2=No
3=I do not know

But when I visit the page (user side) we only see a checkbox without description, and not three checkboxes, com in my case.

Please tell me, where am I wrong?
