Hello, I'm getting penalized on Google for Duplicate Meta Descriptions in links. When I check out the offending list, a large majority of them are link that are created bu CComment then somehow indexed.

Example:

Normal Page:
https://www.adventuremotorcycle.com/bikes/bikes-review-ktm-1190-adventure-2014

CComments blow up my site page:
https://www.adventuremotorcycle.com/bikes/bikes-review-ktm-1190-adventure-2014#!/ccomment-comment=272

Same page but with the #!/ccomment-comment=272 suffix. Google is counting the data from these pages as the same and it's hurting.

What's going on here? Please tell me there's a way to fix or disable this.
