I am new to my company's marketing department but I need to work on our website. I am running into an issue with Hotspots but I cannot seem to submit a support ticket or open a new thread in the Hotspots forum. I know that we have a subscription to Hotspots (v 2.0.5 installed) but I do not have access to the subscriber information in order to log in. Could someone please help me so I can get started on this project?
