1) Is it possible to set the right-hand toolbox to be closed by default?
2) Is it possible to have all tabs shown by default?
3) Is it possible to disable the tabs across the top of the component, and in the right-hand toolbox - requiring all tabs to always be shown.
4) Are the other tools removable as well (Google mini map, print, pan controls, etc.)? I'm wondering how versatile this component is - if I wanted simplicity, could I strip this down to the level of the Google Maps API Preview? https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/
