I have searched but could not find an official bug tracker. Is such feature available on the website (I do not think of the support ticket system as a bug tracker)? Or would it be an idea to start an official bug tracker similar to the one used on the official Joomla site?

This because I now often wonder if something I encountered is a known bug or a new bug. Having an official bug tracker would help in this regards.
