Description of my issue:

I have only "Payment - Cash" plugin published and turn off coupons. When I add text to "terms and conditions" I can't go through first booking page, because I get error that I need to accept terms and conditions. But In first page isn't terms checkbox.

When I erase text from terms and conditions in configuration I can go through first page, second page is missing because I have only one payment plugin and no coupons, but third page is missing to - booking summary isn't there. Only button to confirm reservation.
